Sameh Shaheen

Sameh has over 28 years of experience in the tech industry covering creative design, technical leadership, project management and product design. He Co-founded Innoventures and Cultiv with offices in both Cairo, Egypt and Zug, Switzerland with a main focus of identifying and supporting creative startups in various fields including game development and technology development. Sameh is also the founder and managing Director of Scenario Design Services, a consulting firm, and one of Innoventures' portfolio companies, providing expert solutions and unique services in the area of IC design & EDA to clients across the globe.Prior to these roles, Sameh worked as a Senior Digital Designer at Infineon Technologies in Munich, from 2001 to 2004, where he contributed in the project management, planning and design of cryptography modules and memory products. Earlier in his career, in 1998, he was chosen by Mentor Graphics among a team of two engineers to form the nucleus of the Mentor Consulting team in Cairo. From 1997 until 1998, he was the CAD department's Senior Engineer at IEP, one of the largest consumer electronics companies in Egypt. Sameh holds a degree of Communication and Electronics Engineering from Cairo University.
