As a People & Culture Lead, Shahista knows how important her role is in regards to business success. At Innoventures, Shahista handles the full process of recruitment & selection, performance reviews systems, employee relations as well as providing support for our sister companies in all HR-related activities. Prior to joining Innoventures, Shahista joined Sheraton Montazah Hotel as a Human Resources Generalist right after graduating from Faculty of Law (English Department) at Alexandria University, then obtained a Professional Certificate in Human Resources Management at AAST. Shahista also joined NEWBORDER as a freelance HR to recruit qualified candidates globally and provide consultancy for all HR-related aspects. Here are some of her career key achievements: Built the HR Department (Individual Contributor) at Innoventures. Completed company legal framework regarding Social Insurance companies files for Innoventures. First one to work on Taleo and PeopleSoft at Sheraton Montazah Hotel (Marriott). Obtained several appreciation certificates in the TakeCare program at Sheraton while being the ”fresh graduate” team member in the HR department. Grade: (A) in 7 modules in the HR technical diploma (Professional Certificate in Human Resources Management) at AAST. Ranked 1st across 5 projects in 5 modules (Project Team Leader) at AAST. A self-driven, proactive and passionate HR-ian who ensure tasks done on time, while maintaining high quality standards.
